• No Guarantees, Only Cheer: Our elves work hard to make everything run smoothly, but we can't promise perfection. Whether it's matching participants, sending emails, or spreading holiday cheer, please remember that glitches can happen. We take no responsibility for any hiccups along the way.


• Your Responsibility, Your Gifts: You are responsible for the gifts you choose, buy, and send. We simply help connect the Santas to their giftees. If Cousin Joe ends up with yet another pair of festive socks, that’s on you, dear Santa!


• Privacy, Not Elf Surveillance: We respect your privacy and won't be peeking into your gift choices or personal messages. However, by using our service, you understand that some data will be processed. We promise to treat it with the same care Santa gives to his Naughty or Nice list.


• Ho Ho Hold Harmless: By participating in our Secret Santa shenanigans, you agree to hold SecretSanta.rocks harmless from any claims, disputes, or issues that arise. This includes, but is not limited to, lost gifts, delayed deliveries, and misdirected holiday cheer.


• Elf Errors: Sometimes, even elves make mistakes. Whether it's a technical glitch or an unexpected error, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using our service.
